Allows friends, family members, and professionals to conveniently schedule and conduct a visit, avoiding wasting time waiting in long lines or traveling to the facility.

Log in to your existing ICSolutions account or create a new account by visiting www.icsolutions.com from any internet-enabled device.

Log in to your ICSolutions account and click Schedule New Visit under Upcoming Visits. Enter the facility’s name here. Read the rules and then click Agree to proceed. Input the inmate’s name or ID number. Choose whether you will be visiting ONSITE, INTERSITE, or OFFSITE (from a computer or Android device).

When you schedule an OFFSITE visit, the cost will be charged to your ICSolutions® account. Choose a date from the list of available days for your video visitation session.

How Do ICSolutions Inmate Calling Services Work?

When you have a Prepaid Account, you can continue to accept calls from inmates even if:

  • You have a cell phone
  • Your local telephone company does not bill ICSolutions to collect calls.
  • Your phone number has exceeded its collect call spending limit.

  • If you have not already done so through ICSolutions, you will be required to authenticate your phone number when an AIC phones you using the ICS Corrections, Inc. system for the first time.
  • You will not need to submit this information again once your number has been confirmed.
  • Set up a free ICS Corrections, Inc. account on the ICS Corrections, Inc. website or at the registration kiosk in the Salem Dome building lobby to verify your phone number.
  • A call might last for up to 30 minutes.
  • All phone calls are monitored and recorded, with the potential for inappropriate or unlawful content to be marked for review.

Sending a voicemail to an adult in detention through ICSolutions jail calls, ICS Corrections, Inc. is another means to communicate by phone. You can leave a voicemail message for an AIC once your phone number has been authenticated and paid. The cost of a voicemail message is $0.50.
